Mix the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, chopped ginger and chopped garlic in a bowl.
Fry the chicken drumsticks until brown on a medium heat.
Lower the heat and remove the excess fat from the pan.
Add the sauce mixture.
Turn up the heat so that the sauce continues to simmer and can thicken. Always stir the chicken so that a nice layer sticks around it. Continue this until the sauce has a nice consistency. Garnish with some chives.
