Pad Thai

Ingrediënten

  • 250g Go-Tan Rice Sticks Pad Thai Noodles
  • 240 ml Go-Tan Pad Thai wok sauce
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 4 eggs
  • Bell pepper, cut into strips
  • Pak choi, coarsely chopped
  • 150 g bean sprouts
  • 80 g peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Go-Tan soy sauce
  • Coriander leaf, optional
  • Go-Tan Fried Onions, optional

Preparation

  1. Do the noodles according to the instructions on the package and rinse well with cold water.
  2. Whip the eggs well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir fry the eggs briefly in the pan. As soon as it becomes somewhat solid, remove the eggs from the pan.
  4. Season the chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and some black pepper.
  5. Put some oil in the pan and fry the chicken breast until half cooked.
  6. Add the bell pepper and the noodles and continue to stir well.
  7. Add the peanuts and the hard parts of the spring onion to the whole.
  8. Add the wok sauce and keep stirring
  9. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and keep stirring so that the eggs stick well to the noodles.
  10. Add the rest of the vegetables and keep stirring.
  11. Serve with some chopped coriander leaves and fried onions
