Chicken Cashew

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast, cut into equal pieces
  • 100 g (un)salted cashew nuts
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch spring onion, cut into strips
  • 1.5 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 200 ml Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Pad Thai
  • 2 tbsp oil

Preperation

  1. Roast the bell pepper in a dry wok for 1 minute. Then add the red onion and fry for about 1 minute, stirring until the onion starts to soften.
  2. Add the cashew nuts, chicken breast and oil. Keep stirring well and let it fry for about 4 minutes.
  3. Add the spring onion and fry for about 1 minute, stirring
  4. Add the wok sauce Pad Tai and heat the dish thoroughly.
  5. Serve the dish with white rice or our Pad Thai Noodles
