2 red onions, in rings
240 ml Go-Tan wok sauce Teriyaki
Spring onion, in rings
Broccoli, in 1.5 cm . stalks
Red bell pepper, in strips
Optional: 3 tablespoons sherry
Optional: 3 tablespoons Go-Tan soy sauce

Preparation
Blanch the broccoli.
Take a wok pan with a dash of oil and briefly fry the steak in it.
Remove the steak with the liquid from the pan and pour the sherry-soy mixture over it. Turn around well.
Add some more oil to the wok and wok the red onion together with the bell pepper. After 1 minute, add the broccoli and keep stirring.
Add the wok sauce and keep stirring.
Turn off the heat and add the steak with the sherry-soy mixture to the pan.
Serve with white rice and spring onion.
