Cut the chicken breast into cubes and the spring onion into rings.
Mix the chicken breast cubes with the pepper and the ketoembar in a bowl.
Take a pan with a non-stick coating and put the chicken breast cubes in the pan without oil. Keep stirring until the chicken gets a nice brown edge. Pour a dash of oil into the pan and fry the chopped garlic.
Add the spring onion and the Ketjap Manis. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve with white rice.
